Weigh-in Wednesday
Accountability is important for goal keeping, right? If that’s true, then I should probably make Weigh-in Wednesday a regular thing on this here blog. Why Wednesday? Not really for the alliteration, but mostly because I started dieting eating less stupidly on a Wednesday. And I wrote about it publicly last Wednesday. Handy enough.
I started at 230. This morning—two weeks in—my number is 218.5. I was shooting for a total of twelve, but eleven point five isn’t too shabby in my book.
BTW—you’re all free to keep me accountable.
