I went rafting for a week, weighed in with a big (unexpected) drop, and then rebounded hard upon resuming a desk job (220.5 last week, which I just plain forgot to print). I’m a pound down from that today (but up two since my last official posting), and I’m just as surprised about it as I was post-river trip due to all the candy I’ve eaten in the last week.
The good news: I’m still down over 20 pounds since the end of April. Onward.
