Comments!
Yup. I added comments to this here blog. Crazy, I know. Really, I’m just testing out this third-party solution (which means I may just kill it later on). So far, it’s missing a few things I wanted. The tumblr guys say there’s something built-in coming in the works, but it could be months out (and already has been).
It looks like you don’t need to create an account to leave a comment (just a valid email address). But, if you think you might leave comments fairly often, I don’t think an account could hurt.
That said, let me state some sort of comment policy for the record. This is my blog and my site. As such, if I don’t like what you said/write - for any reason - I have every right to trash your comment. I may even stick my lounge out at you when I do it.
I hear you trolls even now shrieking some self-righteous garbage about free speech and first ammendment and all that. Too bad. You don’t like that I trash your comment on my site, well then, get off your tookus and start your own blog dedicated to bringing me and my commie ways down.
