My number
Evidently, I have a number. I know this because I’ve hit my number three times, and each time just seeing my number is sufficient to piss me off to such an extent that action must be taken.
Roughly six years ago, I got a trainer. It worked; I learned about exercise, caloric intake, and insulin reactions. I reduced my number by 35-ish.

Venue?
OK Utah people, I need some advice. I have a chance to maybe go see Guster next Saturday. But they’re playing in SLC at the Venue, or In the Venue, or something like that. The interwebs tell me the place used to be called “Bricks nightclub” if that helps. Oh, and that it’s a nasty hole that’s too many people in a small space, too loud, and overall just terrible.
